Candler Park Open House Extravaganza
My open house on Sunday will be much better than the one pictured above. I do appreciate, however, that the agent is giving the potential buyers a few minutes to chat in privacy.
How do I know that the folks will be flocking to my open house this Sunday? It’s a simple equation:
Candler Park (55 acre park, golf course, fields, pool, fun)
+ Mary Lin School District (intown Atlanta’s beloved Elementary School)
+ A Hot Tub (this part is negotiable, but seriously, who doesn’t like a hot tub?)
+ Balloons
= A can’t miss open house, this Sunday, May 31st, from 2-4
It’s a great house at a great price- 3 bedrooms, walking distance to the park and a garage. For $334,000, it’s definitely worth swinging by.
