    Atlanta Home Prices Rise. Again.

    This month’s Case-Shiller National Housing Index brought more positive news. Cutting and pasting from our friends over at the AJC:

    Tuesday, the S&P Case Shiller Index reported that seasonally adjusted home prices in the metro area gained ground in June for the first time in 25 months.

    I have no heavy duty, salesy schtick to attach to the italicized excerpt above. If you’re looking to work with a pro, you know where to find me.

      This is a good sign for realtors. After all the real estate market is again showing good signs and why not as according to experts the worst of this ongoing economic global recession has passed and we shall see the markets growing again in coming time.
