Giddy Up To Grant Park
This is not another love letter to Grant Park. Y’all already know how I feel about one of Atlanta’s great historic neighborhoods- not only have I blogged about it at length, but my dog has even chimed in on the matter. This is a public service announcement, one that will hopefully make your weekend much better.
For now, let’s hit the Festival first, bungalow second.
The 7th Annual Grant Park Summer Shade Festival brings together art, food and one beautiful park. One of the city’s great showcases for art and music is joined by the ever-popular Corks & Forks, a food and wine event that features some of the city’s best restaurants. It’s essentially an all you can eat, gastronomic gorge-fest. Couple that with a glorious park, good music and friends and you’ve got yourself a can’t miss afternoon in Atlanta.
On Sunday, make sure to hit the bungalow first, and the Festival second.
