Tax Credit Questions and Answers
So by now, you’ve probably heard about that Homebuyers’ Tax Credit has not only been extended, but supercharged. Valid through homes put under contract by April 30, 2010 (and closed within 60 days after that date), the credit is also now available to non-first time homebuyers. Good news, great timing, and hopefully a true stimulus for both individual homeowners (and buyers), as well as the economy in general.
With every new piece of legislation, there are going to be questions, gray areas, and confusion.
