101 Questions About Buying a New Home
Proving once again that there are no bad questions, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (known simly as HUD, to most of us) has put out the ultimate home buying FAQ. Entitled “101 Questions and Answers About Buying A New Home“, this home buying primer includes everything from the deeply personal and philosophical (“How do I know if I’m ready to buy a house?” to the financial nitty-gritty (“How much income do I need to qualify for an FHA loan?”).
While I’m obviously in the business of encouraging people to call me if they have any home buying related questions, this is a pretty neat resource for someone who’s just starting to think about starting the process.
