Keeping It Green
In memory of Saint Patrick- and in keeping with today’s celebration of all things green- I thought I’d share the latest post from Apartment Therapy’s Re-Nest blog. Their mantra is “abundant design for green homes”, or, as I see it, 100% inspiration for those that have one eye on a smaller carbon footprint, and the other eye on a Jonathan Adler catalog.
Their most recent post is dedicated to taking salvaged items and turning them into functional kitchen and bathroom pieces. My personal favorite is the bathroom vanity below, fashioned out of an old restaurant kitchen work table:
