    Fulton County Futurists

The AJC has an interesting piece the their morning edition on a recent quality of life survey conducted by the A.L. Burruss Institute of Public Service and Research at Kennesaw State University.  They polled 400 respondents in the core Atlanta-metro counties: Fulton, Dekalb, Cobb, Gwinnett and Clayton with a series of quality of life questions.  It should all be taken with a grain of salt (when you break it down, you’re only looking at the responses of 80 people per county), but both the survey and the article are worth checking out.

    My favorite gleaning:

My county will be a better place to live in five years:

    Fulton County: 55% agree

    DeKalb 38.8 % agree

    Clayton 35.9% agree

    Gwinnett 35.8% agree

    Cobb 30.5% agree

Love the optimism, Fulton County.  Cobb, with your noted schools and vaunted youth baseball program, I’m a little disappointed in you.
