Jerome Bettis Buys In Buckhead

NFL Legend Jerome Bettis is now officially a Buckhead resident. The Pittsburgh Steeler great closed last month on a 5 bed, 5 bath new construction mansion on Randall Mill Road in Buckhead. “The Bus” scored the spacious Italianate spread at a nice discount: the home was originally listed at $3.95 million, he paid $2.8 million (that’s 85% sales-to-list, for those of you scoring at home). No word yet if it was the Harrison-designed home itself, its Jackson Elementary school location, or proximity to the Goldberg’s-OK Cafe-Blue Ridge Grill golden triangle at West Paces Ferry that drew the big man to the location.
