Art On The BeltLine Closing Ceremonies

While the Atlanta BeltLine’s best days are yet to come, its “Art on the BeltLine” program is in its final weeks.  If you haven’t taken a stroll through one of the public art-laden corridors of the BeltLine, you should. It’s a great way to explore Atlanta’s budding green belt.  Looking ahead a few weeks, make plans to check out the official Art On The BeltLine sendoff (info courtesy of Our Green Atlanta):

Sunday, October 3rd on the West Side Trail featuring a marching jazz band and concert in Gordon White Park:

1:00 p.m.: Sabor Brass Band steps off from Howell Park and marches down Ralph David Abernathy to Gordon White Park

1:45-6:00 p.m.: Concert in Gordon White Park with the following artists:

    Gritz and Jelly Butter

    The Story Messengers

    Leaf

Mausiki Scales and the Common Ground featuring Julie Dexter

Bring the whole family, bring a picnic, bring chairs, and enjoy the perfect fall weather as we celebrate a wonderful inaugural year for Art on the BeltLine!
