    Atlanta Greek Festival

One more weekend recommendation: The Atlanta Greek Festival.

This hugely popular annual festival brings some serious Kefi and Opa to the heart of Atlanta.  Dancing, singing, tiropita, souvlaki, a crafts market and good times.  It’s the only Greek festival in Georgia that I’m aware of, so if you don’t have plans yet, head on over to North Decatur for some serious bouzouki madness!

    Location

    Greek Orthodox Cathedral
    2500 Clairmont Road, N.E.
    Atlanta, Georgia 30329
    Exit #91 off I-85
(On Clairmont Rd. between Briarcliff Rd. and LaVista Rd.)
