Atlanta Streetcar 101
So by now, you’ve probably heard that the City of Atlanta is going forward with their plans to install a downtown streetcar. There’s plenty of rhetoric on both sides of the aisles over the stimulus-funded project, but sooner or later the words will clear and the shovels will be pulled out.
