The Stacks has always been one of our favorite loft buildings in Atlanta, and our new listing there hits the head right on the nail.  Love at first sight with this one: soaring ceilings, jumbo windows, exposed beams and brick, custom built-in & island, concrete floors… the list literally just goes on, and on.  Such a fantastic building, a perfect unit, and one of the most coveted in-town locations.  Pick up all the essential listing information here, check out what the sellers have to say below, and peep some pretty pictures while you’re at it.  This one won’t last long…
Q.  What are your favorite things about your loft?A.  We love a lot of things about our loft and the Stacks, and it will definitely be bitter sweet to let our loft go. I think it will forever be the coolest place we’ve ever lived. The Stacks community is awesome, and the loft itself is spacious, has tons of character and is just the quintessential loft space.  Hard to choose, but our favorite thing has to be the windows. All that natural light in the daytime is just awesome.

Q. What’s the best part about living in The Stacks?
A. We love the history of the building and the complex. I actually worked with a guy for a while whose mother worked in the office at the mill, which is the building we live in. There’s just nothing like The Stacks anywhere in Atlanta, so we feel super lucky that we had an opportunity to live there.  We also love Cabbagetown, the community, and the way the neighbors stick up for each other.

Q. Favorite places in the eat in the neighborhood?
A. Little’s. If you haven’t had a sausage egg and cheese biscuit from Little’s for breakfast, or a burger hot off their grill, you’re missing out.

Q. You’re right around the corner from the BeltLine, Old Fourth Ward Park or Grant Park.  How do you choose?
A. No need to choose- we hang out in all three.  The BeltLine opens up so many different options, park wise, and the fact that The Stacks is just a few minutes from both 85 and 20 makes it so easy to get out of the city for kayaking down the ‘Hooch or hiking in Stone Mountain.
