We Realtors are asked fairly often “”how the market is””. Of course, it’s a loaded question… and to truly answer the question, one really needs to identify a specific sub-market. As I’ve alluded to earlier, the market for 4-bedroom homes in Dunwoody isn’t quite the market for 1-bedroom condos in Midtown. That said, I thought it would be fun to look at the gross numbers for the four major counties (Cobb, Dekalb, Fulton and Gwinnett) that make up the Atlanta metro area.
