Inman Park Village Lofts #320

Jon Real Estate Leave a Comment

As some of you might recall, a few months back I had a 1BR condo listing in Inman Park Village.  The place was fantastic, the location unbeatable, and the price insane.  After a rumbling herd of buyers (and agents) came hustling through, one lucky buyer ended up with a deal.

And now, an opportunity for one more lucky buyer.

I’ve just listed an identical 1BR unit at Inman Park Village Lofts.  It’s just down the hall from the aforementioned listing, and is selling for the same price: $159,000.  If you know anyone that’s thinking about renting in Inman Park, you may want to send them this link- once they play with the “”own vs. rent”” calculators, I think they’ll get a pretty good sense of how unique an opportunity this is.  Throw in the fact that there’s $8,000 in tax credits for first time homebuyers still sitting on the table, and it’s definitely worthy of serious consideration.

It’s the largest floorplan in the building (according to the tax records, it’s 1344 sf), so there’s plenty of room.  Need an office or a dining room? No worries, there’s a separate bonus room:

If you’ve never been to Inman Park Village, it’s worth a look.  The location speaks for itself, but the development itself is pretty unique.  I mean, how many condo intown condo developments have their own private park?
