Pools have become one of the forgotten “”victims”” of the current housing market, and they’re a pretty apt symbol for just how widespread the housing crisis has become. There are distressed properties at every price point, many of which come with their own maintenance-heavy amenities. What’s an overburdened bank or municipality to do?!
