Perfect Midtown Bungalow

My new listing in Midtown at 313 6th Street is bonkers, off-the-charts fantastic.

It’s the picture perfect Midtown bungalow that all Midtown bungalows should be measured against, and one lucky buyer is going to have an opportunity to purchase it.  Three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and completely rebuilt from the studs in 2014, this one is ready to roll.  Want to know what makes it so special?  A few words from the seller….

6th street kitchenQ.  What makes living in Midtown so great?

A.  Midtown is great because you can walk to do everything! You can walk to dinner, the park, the movies, or the grocery store. And it’s great being so close to Piedmont Park – there is something going on in the park almost every weekend.

Q.  What do you love most about your house?

A. I love the kitchen the best. It’s big and open and has a clean modern look that we really love. It’s a great gathering place to cook, enjoy a casual dinner, or just relax and talk after a long day.
Q.  24 hours to binge eat your neighborhood- recommendations?6th street living
A. We love Metro Fresh! Their brunch is delicious and usually doesn’t have the long wait that other places have. Dinner there is healthy and the menu changes daily. We also love Campagnolo – they have great good and a fun live piano bar.
Q.  You’re steps to Piedmont Park and the Atlanta BeltLine- how do you decide between where to go for a Sunday stroll?
 A.  We do both! Sometimes we pick up the Beltline from the Park and walk down to Ponce City Market for lunch and then walk back. You can eat and get a workout!

This is a house you really need to walk in person to appreciate.  If you’re currently considering purchasing an intown bungalow, you won’t find one better this house.  Contact me directly to schedule a showing.
