What was meant to be a blue-collar critique on the excessive lifestyles of rock ‘n rollers has now been reduced to a pithy blog post title. The times, they are a changin’…

But alas, dear reader, I’ve come armed with more good news. The Georgia Dream NSP Purchase Program was created to encourage the purchase of foreclosed properties, providing $14,000 to eligible borrowers purchasing foreclosed properties in eligible areas. There are certain conditions that apply, but these funds can be applied to either required repairs and/or down payment assistance.
