Terminal Station Tribute

Jon Real Estate Leave a Comment

Terminal Station is- now was– one of my favorite Atlanta blogs.  Its author, Ben King, has just accepted a new job in Chicago.  His last blog post was yesterday.

If you’ve never read Terminal Station, do yourself a favor and check it out.  Ben is an enormously talented writer and thinker, and his migration North is a huge loss.  I learned much from his blog, with topics ranging from transportation to TADs, politics to preservation, and everything in between.  I’m a better blogger, a savvier citizen and a more educated real estate professional because of Terminal Station.

Atlanta’s loss is Chicago’s gain.  While Ben is far from perfect, the Windy City is definitely getting a good one…
